Account & Registration

Registering a 33win account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Follow these steps:
  • Go to the Register and enter your full name (as per your MyKad), preferred username, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
  • Set a strong password (min. 8 characters, combining uppercase, lowercase, and numbers).

  • Verify your account via the OTP sent to your phone number.

The minimum age to register and play at 33win is 18 years old. This is a mandatory requirement that we enforce strictly. You will need to verify your age during registration. No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one 33win account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of our Terms & Conditions. If discovered, all associated accounts will be terminated and funds may be frozen. Your email can be updated through your account settings after logging in and completing OTP verification. For phone number changes, identity verification (KYC) is required through our customer support team and takes 1–3 business days. Usernames cannot be changed once your account is confirmed. KYC (Know Your Customer) is required when:
  • Your first withdrawal exceeds RM5,000

To permanently close your account, contact 33win support via email at support@33win-app.net with the subject line "ACCOUNT CLOSURE". Please ensure all account balances are withdrawn beforehand. The closure process takes 3–5 business days. If you only need a temporary break, consider using the self-exclusion or cooling-off instead.

Your account may be suspended due to: (1) incomplete KYC requirements, (2) too many failed login attempts, (3) detection of suspicious activity, (4) a self-exclusion you activated, or (5) a violation of our Terms & Conditions. Deposit limits depend on your chosen payment method and account tier. Generally, daily deposit limits range from RM200 to RM10,000 depending on the method selected. VIP members enjoy higher limits. New members who make a minimum first deposit of RM30 eligible for a RM100 Welcome Bonus and a 150% Deposit Bonus. Bonuses are automatically credited once your first deposit is confirmed. Fund Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal at 33win is RM50. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for regular members, while VIP members enjoy higher limits. Funds are sent to the eWallet or Malaysian bank account you registered during the withdrawal process. Please ensure the account holder's name matches the name on your 33win account.

Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) are typically processed within 30 minutes. Withdrawals to local bank accounts via DuitNow take 1–4 hours on business days. All withdrawal requests received before 11 PM are generally processed the same day. First-time withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 may require additional verification (KYC).

A rollover requirement (or wagering requirement) is the amount you need to wager before a bonus can be withdrawn as cash. For example, if the rollover is 15x on a MYR100 bonus, you must place a total of MYR1,500 in bets before the MYR100 bonus can be withdrawn. Your own deposited funds (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn at any time without any rollover requirement. Check Promotions page for the rollover requirements of each bonus.
Bonus & Promotions

The RM100 Welcome Bonus is credited automatic when you make a minimum first deposit of RM30. No promo code required. The bonus will appear in your account balance within 5 minutes of the deposit being confirmed. A 15x rollover requirement applies to this bonus before withdrawal. The welcome bonus is available once per new member only.

The 5% weekly cashback is calculated based on your net loss for the week (Monday–Sunday). Cashback is credited every Tuesday before noon. There are no rollover requirements — it is credited as withdrawable cash with no minimum loss threshold to qualify. Cashback is calculated automatically with no application needed.

Daily Free Spins (10 free spins) are awarded to all active members who log in every day.
